One of the many reasons I work with Suz Pohl at Cygneture Title is her willingness to accommodate me and customers with closing times that fit customers work schedules.  She will do a 5:00 PM closing on a Friday.  You can be sure most title companies are not willing to do this.  Cygneture Title will also draft up deeds, etc., that most title companies will not do so, so when I needed them we would have to hire an attorney to draft simple deeds (at a costly amount).
